Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an Applications Team Lead to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 4 - Application Management. The lead drives DevSecOps-based delivery across multiple ALTESS-hosted applications and manages QA, Agile execution, and project budgets.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities Lead DevSecOps-based application delivery across the ALTESS portfolio.
Run Agile ceremonies and manage QA/testing across multiple projects.
Own budgets, schedule, and deliverables across the application team.
Coordinate with Middleware and Database leads on integrated releases.
Required Qualifications 3+ years DevSecOps experience.
3+ years Agile development processes and tooling.
3+ years QA application testing.
3+ years managing budgets across multiple application projects.
Active SECRET clearance.
U.S. Citizenship.
Desired Qualifications Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist.
PMP Certification.
Experience with Army RMF application authorizations.
Familiarity with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
