IT Project Manager - Supply chain systems (TMS & MAWM) - Remote

Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Supply Chain IT Project Manager to lead two high-priority logistics initiatives: driving Phase 2 of our Manhattan TMS (Transportation Management System) deployment and spearheading the transition of two key Distribution Centers (DCs) over to Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
This role requires a unique blend of deep project management rigor and hands-on familiarity with the Manhattan Associates product suite. You will be the central point of contact leading cross-functional teams—including warehouse operations, transportation logistics, IT architecture, and vendors—to ensure seamless system go-lives with zero disruption to daily supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Manhattan TMS Deployment: Own the end-to-end execution of the Manhattan TMS Phase 2 implementation, focusing on advanced feature optimization, carrier integration, and transportation efficiency metrics.
• DC Modernization & MAWM Transition: Lead the comprehensive transition of two strategic distribution centers from legacy systems onto Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
• Cutover & Go-Live Strategy: Develop meticulous change management, data migration, site readiness, and hypercare support plans to ensure a smooth transition at the DC level with minimal operational downtime.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate daily collaboration and communication between corporate supply chain teams, local DC management, IT infrastructure teams, and Manhattan Associates consultants.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively map out dependencies between the TMS and MAWM tracks, managing project timelines, resource constraints, and technical scope adjustments swiftly.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Manhattan Associates Expertise: Direct, recent experience managing projects utilizing Manhattan supply chain software. Experience specifically with Manhattan TMS and Manhattan Active® WMS (MAWM) is highly preferred.
• DC Rollout Experience: Proven track record of leading complex warehouse management system conversions or implementations within live, fast-paced distribution centers.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Fluency: Solid understanding of core transportation operations (routing, rating, execution) and warehouse workflows (inbound, outbound, slotting, inventory tracking).
• Technical Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with how TMS and WMS platforms integrate with ERPs, host systems, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)/automation.
