Job Summary

Functional Testing with strong hands-on experience in manual testing and a mandatory background in the Capital Markets domain. The ideal candidate will lead testing activities, develop comprehensive test strategies, ensure application quality, and guide QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

• Participate in functional and technical discussions with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and system specifications.

• Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.

• Support test automation initiatives using tools such as Selenium and TestNG.

• Design and improve testing frameworks and strategies to ensure effective test coverage.

• Perform database testing, data validation, and support performance testing activities.

• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide QA engineers, ensuring adherence to testing standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Functional Testing and Manual Testing.

• Capital Markets domain experience is mandatory.

• Experience in test planning, test strategy development, test case design, and defect management.

• Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium and TestNG.

• Experience with database testing, SQL, and data validation.

• Familiarity with performance testing concepts and tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
