Job Details

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Manage commercial door, dock, gate, access control, and related projects from award through completion and closeout.
Review project scope, drawings, specifications, proposals, and customer requirements.
Coordinate labor, technicians, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and scheduling activities.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, documentation, and status reports.
Monitor project financial performance, margins, costs, and profitability.
Manage change orders and project scope modifications.
Identify risks, delays, and obstacles while proactively implementing solutions.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates with customers.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Client Services, Finance, Vendors, and Field Teams.
Manage procurement and material deliveries.
Hold subcontractors and vendors accountable to project commitments.
Ensure project documentation, approvals, photos, invoices, and closeout packages are completed accurately and timely.
Improve project management processes, forecasting accuracy, and customer experience initiatives.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience.
Strong experience within commercial doors, loading docks, overhead doors, access control systems, gate systems, construction, facilities management, or a related industry.
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and subcontractor relationships.
Strong understanding of project costs, margins, forecasting, financial accountability, and change order management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
Experience reviewing project drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Experience utilizing ERP and project management systems; NetSuite experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems proactively and drive projects to successful completion.
