Role: Oracle ERP Financial Business Analyst
Duration: 1+ Year
Location: Davis, CA onsite 1 day per week.

- Experience with end-to-end implementation of one or more of the following Oracle Cloud modules/processes: P2P (Procure to Pay), RTR (Record to Report), PPM (Project Portfolio Management), Grants Management, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Inventory Management.
We are seeking an Oracle ERP Financial Business Analyst with strong experience in Oracle ERP and HCM systems to support Financial and HR/Payroll operations. This role will partner closely with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to analyze data, support reporting, and enhance system functionality across enterprise platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP and HCM systems. This position will work with current Business Analysts and business users to support Financial and HR/Payroll systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, including analyzing and running reports using FDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation of one or more of the following Oracle Cloud modules/processes: P2P (Procure to Pay), RTR (Record to Report), PPM (Project Portfolio Management), Grants Management, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Inventory Management.
• Hands-on experience working with data in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience with end-to-end data analysis of one or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules/processes: Workforce Administration, General Liability, Compensation, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition Management.
• Knowledge of running reports in Cognos.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document business process requirements and develop techno-functional specifications to support report development.
• Collaborate extensively with reporting and technical leads to collect requirements and ensure thorough testing and validation; assist in testing efforts for report development.
• Independently research user issues and operational activities to inform guidance and direction by evaluating complex data sets, identifying options and alternatives, and proposing solutions.
• Establish and oversee criteria for release readiness and success, aligning them with business requirements. Proactively identify and address risks and remove obstacles to ensure smooth progress and minimize potential setbacks.
