Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Women's Health in Canonsburg, PA. We are supporting a leading pharmaceutical organization as they continue to expand their branded portfolio within the Women's Health space. This is a high-impact opportunity to play a critical role in the launch and early lifecycle management of a new branded Women's Health product in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a hands-on, execution-focused marketer who thrives in fast-paced, highly visible environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing the strategic vision for a branded Women's Health product, inclusive of new product launch planning and lifecycle management
* Collaborate cross-functionally to execute overall HCP and consumer marketing strategies
* Partner with internal stakeholders, physicians/KOLs, agency partners, and external vendors to develop innovative launch and lifecycle tactics
* Prepare HCP and consumer brand plans, tactical plans, and associated budgets
* Track execution against plans and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of marketing initiatives
* Support development of strategy, concepts, messaging, and media plans for promotional campaigns
* Provide marketing insights to measure impact, report results, and adjust plans as needed
* Collaborate with field sales and market access teams on messaging, promotional tactics, sampling programs, peer-to-peer programs, and related initiatives
* Work cross-functionally with key commercial stakeholders including Sales, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or pharmaceutical advertising agency environments with exposure to professional and consumer marketing
* Marketing experience within the Women's Health category preferred, though a combination of experience and education will be considered
* Strong, proven experience managing high volumes of promotional materials through PRC/MLR review processes using Veeva Vault is required
* Demonstrated success executing lifecycle and launch plans for prescription pharmaceutical brands across HCP and patient/consumer audiences
* Experience building strong relationships and professional advocacy among healthcare professionals
* Experience with digital and multi-channel marketing strategies, loyalty programs, and DTC campaigns, including concepting, production, and media planning support
* Experience with non-personal promotion such as PR, social media, digital channels, and point-of-care marketing
* Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines, compliance requirements, and promotional policies
* Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills
* Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal presence
* Financial, budgetary, and forecasting acumen
* Ability to travel up to 10%
* Ability to read, interpret, and prepare complex business and technical documentation
* Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
