A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Marketing Specialist

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 9 months+
Location: Remote

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will:
Partner with Program Managers, physicians, Digital Marketing, and internal Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans
Lead strategic evaluation, development, and execution of marketing initiatives, including:
Advertising and promotional campaigns
Collateral development
Digital marketing content creation and performance assessment
Manage complex, cross functional projects throughout the full project lifecycle (concept to launch)
Provide expert marketing consultation and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority
Analyze market research, target audience insights, and competitive landscape to develop data driven strategies
Monitor and measure campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to identify trends and optimize results
Act as an advocate for target audiences in product and service development
Represent Marketing on institutional committees and with internal and external partners
Build strong, collaborative relationships across administrative and clinical departments (Legal, Business Development, Public Affairs, physicians, scientists, and external vendors)
Demonstrate leadership and professionalism while ensuring flawless execution of marketing initiatives
May have budget oversight, accountability, and reporting responsibilities

Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience building marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
Proven leadership and ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
Excellent problem?solving, critical thinking, and quantitative analysis skills
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and active listening skills
Demonstrated digital marketing experience, including working with digital and advertising channels
Experience with market research, target audience analysis, and competitive landscape evaluation
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced, collaborative environment
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and independent judgment
Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality results
Experience working with marketing automation tools is preferred
Willingness to travel occasionally and work evenings/weekends as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Liberal Arts, or a related field plus 5 years of professional marketing experience
OR Master’s degree in a related field (MBA preferred) plus 3 years of professional marketing experience
Strong academic performance required

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $38 - $42 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
