IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

Our client is looking for a .NET Developer to assist in the development and support of critical priority applications.

Candidates will play an integral role on self directed work teams in support of high priority development projects. Project work will include: application design and development, integration with 3rd party software, data conversion, new development and modifications to existing code. Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, web development, and  Agile Scrum development methodology.

Skills Required:

·        6 years - Web and client-server application development experience, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support

·        3-5 years - ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, Object Oriented Design

·        3-6 years - Visual Studio.NET, Jira, GitHub, MVC and MVVM design patterns

·        6 years - Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation

·        6 years - Web and client-server application development experience, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support

·        6 years - MS office products (excel, Word, outlook)

·        6 years - Change management

·        6 years - Understanding of project management methodologies and experience with ''agile''

·        3 years - MVVM (Model View View Model)

·        6 years - Structured Analysis and Design of Web and Client-Server applications for both transactional and batch applications

·        3 years - Stored procedures and triggers

·        3 years – Oracle

·        6 years - In-Depth Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle Deliverables for each phase of development

·        6 years - Requirements analysis & gathering

·        6 years - User test, System test, and User Acceptance test plans

·        3 years - Previous work experience in government, insurance, accounting or case management.

·        3 years - Previous work experience in online transaction processing (OLTP) web application development and batch processing required

Skills Desired – A plus to have:

·        Google Cloud Experience

·        Microsoft Azure Cloud experience

·        3 years - Oracle SQL tuning, SQL Server & Oracle PL/SQL

·        3 years - MVC (Model View Controller)

·        3 years - Documenting requirements
