Job Title: QA Program Director (EIS - QE, Group Benefits)
Required Skills
- 18 20 years of IT experience with a strong focus on Quality Engineering, Testing, and Program Leadership.
- 3 5+ successful EIS Insurance implementations in recent projects.
- Strong expertise in EIS Insurance Suite.
- Deep domain knowledge of Group Benefits Insurance.
- Proven experience leading large-scale testing programs in insurance transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing global and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test management, defect management, and quality metrics.
- Experience driving automation and AI-enabled testing solutions.
