Title: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to support the Procurement and BDD Digitization Initiative (PBDI) through assessment, recommendations, configuration support, and data enablement services related to the organization’s Oracle Fusion Procurement, Contracts, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) environment. The Consultant shall provide qualified Oracle Fusion Certified expertise and methodologies focused on Oracle Fusion Procurement, Contracts, P2P, and SCM environment, and related systems.
Required Experience (5+ years):
- Experience performing structured assessments of the current Oracle Fusion Procurement, Contracts, P2P, and SCM environment and delivering prioritized enhancement roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Experience identifying, documenting, and defining configuration specifications for high volume data elements within Oracle Fusion.
- Experience providing functional advisory and enablement services to support integration and data transfer from Oracle Fusion to Snowflake data warehouse, including guidance on APIs, extraction tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with Oracle Fusion Technical Architects on deliverables.

Education & Certification:
- Bachelor''s degree in business, computer science or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion Procurement, Contracts, P2P, and/or SCM.
Responsibilities:
- Current State Assessment Services - Services shall include conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the existing Oracle Fusion environment supporting the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
- Activities shall include: Business process review and walkthroughs; System configuration analysis; Data structures and integrations review; Reporting and analytics evaluation; and Security and access model review.
- Deliverable: Current State Assessment Report including functional requirements, findings, risks, and improvement opportunities. Identify, document, and define configuration specifications for approximately 150 required data elements within Oracle Fusion.
- Requirements and Stakeholder Engagement Services: Facilitate requirements validation using current state assessment, business and technical in-house SME stakeholders to capture missing functional, reporting, and data requirements.
- Deliverables: Functional Design document (FDD) and Traceability Matrix
- Fit-Gap Analysis and Recommendations: Perform a fit-gap analysis against Oracle Fusion best practices and organizational needs.
- Deliverables: Fit-Gap Analysis Document; Prioritized Recommendations; and Estimated implementation approach and effort
- Roadmap Development and Prototyping: Develop a phased roadmap for implementation of approved recommendations and provide prototype demonstrations where appropriate. The vendor will be assisted by other project resources as necessary
- Deliverables: Implementation Roadmap and Prototype Demonstrations (if applicable)
- Configuration and Implementation Support Services: Support configuration, testing, and implementation of approved changes in coordination with internal teams and other qualified technical resources on the project.
- Activities may include: System configuration; Testing support (SIT/UAT); Deployment support; and Validation activities
- Deliverable: Configured solutions and supporting documentation.
- Integration and Data Enablement Services: Provide functional expertise to support integration and data initiatives, including: Oracle Fusion APIs; Data extraction tools (FBDI, ADFdi); Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS); and Data lineage and mapping for Snowflake integration
- Deliverables: Data Mapping Documentation and Integration Guidance Documentation
- Knowledge Transfer End of each Scope item: Provide knowledge transfer and best practice guidance to internal personnel.
- Deliverables: Knowledge Transfer Sessions & Documentation and reference materials
- Project Closeout Report and Signoff
