We are seeking a Test Analyst to join our team in the Plano/Addison, TX area. This role involves working alongside development, DevOps, and QA teams to establish optimal test coverage and deliver high-quality software. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing complex software requirements, ensuring they meet functional, non-functional, and compliance standards. This position offers an opportunity to work with diverse development platforms and contribute to projects that shape the future of the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to determine test coverage.
- Utilize tools to automate test scripts in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain and enhance robust testing frameworks to support iterative development.
- Test and deliver complex software requirements to accomplish business outcomes.
- Ensure software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
- Execute both manual and automated tests.
- Report issues and defects with clear, detailed background information.
- Write and execute SQL queries for testing purposes.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, including experience with testing API and UI based applications.
Technical Skills:- Selenium
- Core Java programming
- Automation Testing
- Agile tools (e.g., Jira)
- SQL
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Agile Certification.
- Knowledge in AI and its application to software testing.
- Experience with both Automation and Manual Testing.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
