Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst (Level 3) with strong expertise in data engineering, data governance, and enterprise data management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge and the ability to analyze complex business requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive data quality initiatives.

This role requires a highly independent professional capable of handling complex assignments with minimal supervision while contributing to enterprise-level data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
• Evaluate alternative approaches and perform cost-benefit analysis
• Gather and document user requirements, workflows, and system processes
• Design and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications
• Assess system capabilities and recommend enhancements or modifications
• Support data engineering and data governance initiatives
• Implement and maintain data quality standards and processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in systems analysis or related roles
• Strong experience with Informatica tools, including:
  • PowerCenter
  • IICS / IDMC
  • MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ
  • Customer360 / Supplier360 / Entity360
• Proven experience in:
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Reference data implementation for large enterprises
  • Data quality rule implementation using Informatica DQ
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently on complex assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise-scale datasets in Snowflake
• Knowledge of Python scripting for automation and API integration
• Experience in Healthcare or Public Health domain
• Experience working with government or large public sector organizations
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus
