What You'll Need to Have
Enterprise architecture leadership experience in highly regulated financial environments.
Strong hands-on understanding of blockchain, stablecoin, and digital asset platforms.
Proven ability to design complex, enterprise-scale distributed systems and integrations.
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and architecture decisions.
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or 11+ years combined experience.
7+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or software architecture.
Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and enterprise architecture tooling.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and distributed systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing or supporting stablecoin, crypto, or digital asset platforms in financial services or fintech.
Cloud and/or security certifications (Azure Architect, etc.).
Experience working with payments modernization or real-time settlement systems.
Background influencing enterprise-wide architecture strategy and governance.
Experience working across multiple domains (application, data, infrastructure, security).
