Summary

Job Title: Business Development Manager (B2B)

Location: Schaumburg, IL - Onsite

Position Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain existing business relationships to expand the Trinite footprint and gain additional business primarily in the areas of Staffing and Business Process Outsourcing
  • Identify new opportunities in new areas as well as areas where Trinite is already doing business at existing clients
  • Build and nurture new relationships to drive business growth and support company expansion
  • Manage Profit and Loss of each contract and at client level
  • Identity Potential new clients / logos and opportunities when possible
  • Manage business stakeholder relationship.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant business development experience in B2B
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful business development strategies
  • Result oriented with a strong focus on goals
