The Role

We are looking for a Senior AI & Integration Developer with strong JavaScript, Python, and Salesforce integration experience to build frontend and backend solutions for launching new legal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and script advanced web forms (Formstack)

· Build and maintain REST API and iPaaS integrations (Tray.io)

· Manage Salesforce data pipelines

· Write Python scripts for data processing and automation

· Monitor and optimize existing integrations

· Build new intake funnels for new campaigns

· Ensure data flows accurately between internal systems and third-party partners

What We''re Looking For

AI-Native Builder- You don’t just prompt ChatGPT—you’ve built production systems that call LLM APIs, handle structured outputs, manage token limits, and recover from failures. You think about AI as infrastructure, not a novelty.

Self-Starter- Must demonstrate the ability to take vague requirements and work through diagnosis, root cause analysis, and implementation independently. This person will often be the sole technical resource on a given problem and cannot rely on step-by-step direction.

Organized- Must have a structured approach to task management. Familiarity with Asana is preferred; Jira, Monday.com, Trello, or similar is acceptable. Commitment to keeping tasks documented and communicating status proactively is essential.

Attention to Detail- In our domain, a mismatched field name or wrong conditional check can route clients to the wrong law firm or drop data entirely. Candidates should expect a practical assessment that tests their ability to catch subtle errors in code and data.

Technical Must-Haves:

• Python — Scripting, data processing, automation, and AI/ML integration. Must have real development experience—not just notebook-style work.

• JavaScript/HTML/CSS — Solid scripting ability—writing embedded JS within forms and integration tools, not just front-end framework experience.

• REST API Integration — Building and consuming REST APIs. Reading API docs, constructing authenticated requests, parsing JSON, handling errors.

• ETL / iPaaS Tools — Building multi-step data integration workflows. Tray.io experience is a strong bonus. Make, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar accepted.

• Form Building — Advanced form logic, conditional fields, multi-step qualification workflows. Formstack preferred; similar platforms (JotForm, FormAssembly, Cognito Forms) accepted.

• LLM Integration — Hands-on experience building workflows and integrations that call LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar). Structuring prompts, parsing structured/JSON outputs, managing context windows, handling retries and error states in production.

• Prompt Engineering — Demonstrated ability to design, test, and iterate on prompts for real business tasks—not just chat interactions. Experience with system prompts, few-shot examples, chain-of-thought, and output formatting for downstream consumption.

• RAG Implementation — Experience building retrieval-augmented generation pipelines: document chunking, embedding generation, vector store integration, and retrieval strategies for grounding LLM outputs in source data.

Technical Nice-to-Haves:

• ML / PySpark — Experience with ML pipelines, PySpark, or distributed data processing. Classification, data enrichment, and feature engineering use cases.

• Vector Databases — Hands-on experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, or similar for embedding storage and similarity search.

• Agent Frameworks — Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar frameworks for building multi-step, tool-using AI workflows.

• Data Libraries (Pandas) — Processing CSV, Excel, and JSON files programmatically. Data transformation and cleanup.

• Salesforce Admin — Flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, object relationships, record types, custom objects.
