Infrastructure Integration & QA Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Integration & QA Specialist to join our engineering team. This is a hybrid role combining expertise in Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, QA Testing, DevOps, and System Integration.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, integrating, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex enterprise infrastructure environments. This role requires strong hands-on experience with networking, virtualization, storage systems, backup & recovery solutions, containerized deployments, and deep root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Integration & System Build
- Lead installation, configuration, and integration of:
- Physical infrastructure
- Virtualized systems
- Enterprise environments
- Deploy and manage:
- Servers, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms
Deep Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
- Act as the escalation point for:
- Complex infrastructure and integration issues
- Perform:
- Root cause analysis (RCA)
- System-level troubleshooting across:
- Network
- Storage
- Virtualization
- Application layers
Networking & Infrastructure Support
- Configure and manage:
- Physical switches
- Routing & switching
- Virtual networking
- Support enterprise:
- LAN/WAN environments
- Network troubleshooting
QA & Testing
- Develop and execute:
- Test plans
- Regression testing
- Performance testing
- Scalability testing
- Create:
- Test specifications and validation procedures
DevOps & CI/CD
- Manage deployments and CI/CD workflows using:
- Support:
- Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines
Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Implement and support:
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Work with tools such as:
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with:
- Engineering teams
- QA teams
- Infrastructure & DevOps teams
- Bridge communication between:
- Infrastructure and Quality teams
