About the RoleWe are seeking a
Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to design and build scalable enterprise data platforms that power analytics and regulatory reporting. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end development, working across frontend, backend, and data layers while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, transform complex requirements into scalable systems, and help shape the technical direction of the platform.
What You'll Do- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications for data platforms
- Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines for analytics and reporting
- Develop backend services using Java (microservices architecture) and Python
- Create modern, responsive UIs using Angular or React
- Work with big data processing tools such as Spark (preferred)
- Own end-to-end delivery from requirements through production implementation
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership and guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
- Drive best practices in system design, scalability, performance, and code quality
- Leverage GenAI tools to improve development productivity and delivery efficiency
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent practical experience)
- 11-12 years of hands-on full stack development experience
- Strong experience with Java and microservices architecture
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience delivering end-to-end technical solutions
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Spark and big data processing
- Familiarity with data platforms, data pipelines, or analytics systems
- Experience in regulated environments or reporting systems
- Exposure to GenAI tools for development productivity
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
