Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and facilitated sessions, translating business needs into functional and data requirements.
- Analyze current- and future-state business processes, data flows, and business rules to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Perform hands-on SQL-based data analysis, including profiling, validation, complex queries, joins, aggregations, and investigation of relational database data.
- Define measures, metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements while supporting UAT through test scenarios, test cases, validation, and requirements traceability.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
10+ years of experience in business analysis or business data analysis, including 8+ years gathering requirements, analyzing business processes and data, developing BRDs/data requirements, using SQL, and supporting enterprise SDLC and UAT activities.
