Job Description:

Role Summary

Bridge business and technology teams by translating business requirements into actionable solution requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•                     Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.

•                     Skilled in translating complex business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

•                     Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).

•                     Strong ability to identify business problems and recommend effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.

•                     Proficient in managing requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.

•                     Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders, senior leadership, technical teams, and external

•                     Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

•                     Experience maintaining project artifacts and ensuring documentation compliance.

 

Required Skills

  • Experience in business process mapping and workflow analysis.
  • Ability to create As-Is and To-Be process models.
  • Knowledge of BPMN, flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and use case diagrams.
  • Experience in process improvement and gap analysis.
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  •  Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
  • Ability to gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  •  Experience in creating BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.
  •  Proficiency in requirements traceability and change management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience analyzing KPIs, trends, and business performance metrics.
