Bridge business and technology teams by translating business requirements into actionable solution requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Skilled in translating complex business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Strong ability to identify business problems and recommend effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Proficient in managing requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience maintaining project artifacts and ensuring documentation compliance.
Required Skills
- Experience in business process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Ability to create As-Is and To-Be process models.
- Knowledge of BPMN, flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and use case diagrams.
- Experience in process improvement and gap analysis.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Experience in creating BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.
- Proficiency in requirements traceability and change management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience analyzing KPIs, trends, and business performance metrics.
