ServiceNow CRM / Sales & Order Management (SOM) Architect

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow CRM and Sales & Order Management solutions.
Define end-to-end solution architecture for Opportunity Management, Quote Management, Pricing, Product Catalog, and Order Management processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Establish architecture standards, design patterns, integration frameworks, and development best practices.
Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.
Architect and govern complex integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, Scripted APIs, and event-driven patterns.
Design scalable data models, security frameworks, and application architectures aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and implementation teams.
Review and approve solution designs, customizations, integrations, and deployment strategies.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and enterprise architects throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in ServiceNow CRM and Sales & Order Management (SOM).
Deep understanding of Opportunity-to-Quote and Quote-to-Order business processes.
Hands-on experience with Quote Management, Pricing Strategies, Product Catalogs, Product Offerings, and Order Management.
Strong ServiceNow platform architecture and application design experience.
Expertise in ServiceNow integrations including REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, OAuth, and web services.
Experience designing enterprise integration architectures and API frameworks.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data modeling, security architecture, and platform governance.
Proficiency in Flow Designer, App Engine, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Workspace configurations.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and solution presentation skills.
Ability to balance business requirements with technical feasibility and platform best practices.
