Pay Range: $ 42 - $ 45/hr

Required Qualifications

3 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in ServiceNow environments.

Strong experience with:

Requirements gathering

Writing user stories

Stakeholder interviews/workshops

Agile delivery support

Testing/UAT coordination

Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow in a BA, admin, or platform-facing capacity.

Solid understanding of ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and change management.

Ability to understand the ServiceNow platform at a high level, including workflows, fields, and tables.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Comfortable using common tools such as Excel, Teams, and ServiceNow Agile module.
