Job Title: Senior React Native Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. The ideal candidate has strong experience with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile architecture, REST APIs, and modern DevOps practices. Experience with native iOS/Android development and cloud services is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Build reusable UI components and maintain clean, modular, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party SDKs.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, SSO, and biometric authentication.
• Manage application state using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, MobX, or Zustand.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Native Testing Library, and Detox.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Publish and maintain applications on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
• Work closely with backend teams to design scalable API integrations.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on React Native development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, and React Navigation.
• Strong knowledge of Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or MobX.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).
• Knowledge of push notifications and deep linking.
• Experience with mobile application security best practices.
• Experience using Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Experience with Expo and Expo EAS Build.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Fastlane and CodePush.
• Experience with React Query, TanStack Query, or Apollo Client.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience implementing offline-first mobile applications.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Experience with accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Experience in Healthcare, Banking, Finance, Retail, or Insurance domains.
