Job Description:
>> Act as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) subject matter expert
>> Hands-on experience with one or more CLM toolsproducts such as: Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga, DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, etc
>> Experience implementing signature tools such as: Adobe Sign, DocuSign, etc
>> Well-versed in business process mapping, workflow diagrams, template assembly, merge field mapping, and configuration of CLM tools
>> Ability to create and maintain well-written artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and design documentation
>> Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
>> Deliver end-to-end CLM implementations by assessing the current state and defining future state processes based on areas for improvement and fit-gap analysis
Requirements:
