Description & Requirements Maximus is currently seeking a
Director of Technology.This is a remote position and requires the ability to obtain and maintain an MBI clearance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead and mentor teams of managers, architects, and engineers.
- Oversee and drive architecture for technology solutions.
- Guide technical selection of enterprise-wide standardized applications.
- Lead management of enterprise applications and associated infrastructure.
- Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization.
- Ensure that new technology solutions are optimally designed and integrated.
- Promote the following qualities in all solutions; scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including; hiring, performance management, and termination. Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers.
Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Oversee and drive architecture for technology solutions for the customer and Maximus.
- Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization and customer.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including; hiring, performance management, and termination as team is built out.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study.
-10+ years of relevant professional experience required.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:- The ability to obtain and maintain an MBI clearance is required.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:- Current, active moderate level MBI preferred.
- Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Enterprise Architecture & Systems Integration.
