Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Specialist 7 to 11 years of experience with strong expertise in Sapiens Policy (P&C) to manage production support activities

Job Description:

The role involves handling production tickets troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and ensuring system stability and performance.
The candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to support integrations across Policy Billing and Claims modules implement enhancements and drive continuous improvements
Additionally, the role requires adherence to best practices proactive monitoring and ensuring high-quality support for the Sapiens Full Suite environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

Requirements elicitation analysis and documentation
Provide L2 production support for Sapiens Policy (P&C) modules ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues ensuring system stability and minimal downtime
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand issues and support process improvements
Coordinate with Billing and Claims teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth data flow across modules
Conduct impact analysis system testing and support deployment activities for fixes and enhancements
Monitor system performance proactively and implement corrective and preventive measures
Manage and prioritize production tickets ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards
Document resolution steps technical configurations and knowledge artifacts for future reference
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and operational efficiency
Mentor junior team members and guide them on troubleshooting approaches and Sapiens best practices
