Principal Product Owner

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a mobile application product, ensuring alignment with customer needs and long-term business objectives.
• Drive product innovation and elevate digital customer experience standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable product solutions.
• Make strategic decisions on roadmap, priorities, and investments based on customer impact and business value.
• Represent the product across executive leadership and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the end-to-end product vision and strategy.
• Define and enforce high standards for customer experience.
• Prioritize roadmap, scope, and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and operations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, and governance functions.
• Influence and align stakeholders on product direction and outcomes.
• Represent product initiatives in leadership and stakeholder forums.
• Oversee development team activities and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Support strategy alignment with emerging technologies and system capabilities.

• 12+ years of experience building and scaling digital products.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior product leadership role.
• Experience working with consumer-focused digital products.

• Experience in energy, utilities, or regulated environments.
• Experience developing innovative or first-to-market products.
• Experience with distributed energy resources or related technologies.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
