Summary

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and delivery of innovative technology solutions. This role is responsible for managing product portfolios, defining roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with business goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Own and drive product strategy, direction, and portfolio management for technology initiatives Define product requirements and develop feature roadmaps from concept through delivery Analyze feasibility, cost implications, and overall value of product initiatives Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Anticipate industry trends and prioritize capabilities while balancing business and technical constraints Research market trends and develop product requirements aligned with business objectives Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements, updates, or bug fixes Ensure customer-focused product design based on user feedback, usability insights, and market knowledge Analyze product performance metrics post-release and optimize user experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, marketing, and project management Manage stakeholder communication and maintain strong partnerships across teams Lead product launch planning, including testing, pilot programs, and user training Develop user documentation, training materials, and implementation plans Support sprint and release planning with feedback and guidance Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and insights across the organization Lead or contribute to complex product initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of product management experience delivering technical products Experience with integration technologies such as API Management, IBM ACE, or TIBCO Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS platforms Experience with AI integrations, including AI/ML model deployment via APIs and understanding of enterprise architecture considerations Working knowledge of software development processes, including Agile Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle Ability to define product strategy, develop execution plans, and drive implementation Strong ability to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and define release schedules Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Product Management certification Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Product Management
