About the RoleYou'll be joining a
7-person Desktop Support team that supports a large mix of corporate users, manufacturing operations, logistics, and a nationwide field sales team.
This role includes supporting approximately
1,000-2,000 users in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. You'll split your work between:
- Deskside support (50%)
- Help desk and ticket-based support (50%)
This position is ideal for someone with
2-5 years of corporate IT support experience who enjoys hands-on work and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS devices
- Perform device imaging, builds, deployments, and workstation setups
- Provide on-site deskside support for break/fix and configuration needs
- Manage tickets through ServiceNow or similar ITSM systems
- Support both on-site corporate users and remote field staff
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer service
Top Skills & ExperienceMust-Haves:- Strong macOS troubleshooting (hardware & software)
- 2-5 years of IT support in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Experience supporting 1,000-2,000+ users
- Mix of deskside and help desk support
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
