IT Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Supply Chain Manager to lead supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor management initiatives. This role will be responsible for identifying and evaluating IT suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, managing contracts, and ensuring service delivery aligns with business and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving cost optimization, managing vendor relationships, and supporting seamless integration of IT systems, including hardware, software, and SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate IT suppliers based on business needs, budget, and technical requirements
• Negotiate contracts to secure optimal pricing, terms, and service levels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
• Draft, review, and manage IT contracts ensuring compliance with company policies
• Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
• Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations based on vendor performance
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing initiatives
• Develop competitive pricing strategies via vendor negotiations and alternate sourcing
• Coordinate with IT teams for procurement of hardware, software, and services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT procurement with business goals
• Support integration of new systems and technologies across IT and operations teams
• Negotiate both on-premise and SaaS agreements, working with legal and business units
• Assist with procurement and understanding of data center (DC) infrastructure and operations
• Ensure timely delivery of IT resources by working closely with suppliers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in IT supply chain, procurement, or vendor management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience building and managing vendor relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of procurement processes and strategic sourcing

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with SaaS and cloud vendor negotiations
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure procurement
• Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise IT environments
