Job Description
We are seeking an Electronic Documentations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with electronic document control systems in GxP/GMP environments and a proven ability to manage controlled documents through their lifecycle to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Document Control liaison for documentation managed through the electronic management system.
- Maintain and administer procedures related to document control and job function.
- Ensure documentation complies with established processes and system requirements.
- Manage controlled procedural documents throughout their lifecycle.
- Apply correct use of controlled procedural document types.
- Write, review, edit, and circulate documents with clarity and brevity.
- Adhere to documentation requirements and standards.
- Demonstrate command of grammar, punctuation, and detail for concise business documents.
- Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams with professionalism and poise.
- Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Recognize conflicts, notify management, and propose recommendations for resolution.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional and regional stakeholders on documentation matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience serving as a Document Control liaison within an electronic document management system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word with strong writing and formatting skills.
- Familiarity with document lifecycle management in GxP/GMP contexts.
- Clear written and verbal communication and effective teamwork abilities.
- HS diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting CSO functional areas in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of GxP/GMP documentation systems and governance.
