Location: 2901 E Lake, Rd, Erie, PA 16531

Duration: 12 months - Possible extensions.

• Overall, around 10-15 years of experience in Software Development or Software Quality Assurance.

• At least 5+ years of experience in Software quality Assurance or Governance
• Experience in using and working in multiple development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, etc.)
• Track record of implementing industry best development techniques in different work cultures and environments.
• Experience in leading projects of varying size and complexity using multiple processes.
• Experience with Quality Management System in a large matrixed organization
• Experience in using industry leading software development process techniques to create organizational change
• Rich experience in root cause analysis techniques using different Quality control tools, like 5-why, Fishbone etc.
• Proven hands-on experience in using Microsoft Excel, Visio etc.
• Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Educational background in Engineering or Software development
• Ability to balance multiple priorities
• Passion for process and delivering quality product on-time
• Desirable to have experience with inhouse tool development using PowerApp, PowerBI, Python etc.
