 This role requires strong hands-on engineering skills across LLM-based systems—including model training, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and evaluation—along with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.The AI Applications & Agentic Workflows Lead designs and delivers production-grade AI applications with a focus on agentic workflows built using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development of AI applications from prototype to production, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build agentic workflows using MCP, including tool/server integration, context orchestration, multi-step reasoning patterns, and guardrails for reliable execution.
• Own LLM development lifecycle: data curation, training/fine-tuning (as applicable), inference optimization, and release management for model-backed features.
• Design and implement RAG systems (indexing, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and grounding) to improve answer quality and reduce hallucinations.
• Define and implement LLM evaluation strategies, including offline/online testing, accuracy and quality metrics, benchmarking, and regression suites for prompts, tools, and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and business partners to identify high-value use cases (including AI-assisted automation), present solutions clearly, and ensure delivery meets reliability, security, and compliance expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI applications (GenAI/LLM-based) in production environments.
• Strong working knowledge of MCP and experience building agents using MCP to create reliable, multi-step agentic workflows.
