Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Sandy Springs, GA that is seeking a Product Manager (FLM) to join their team. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing CRM capabilities focused on franchise contract workflows, leveraging Salesforce and DocuSign. You'll collaborate closely with our Senior Product Manager, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that streamline our franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* User Story Development: Write, refine, and prioritize user stories with clear acceptance criteria that reflect both business requirements and technical feasibility
* Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate alignment sessions and regular check-ins with business partners, IT, and external vendors to ensure shared understanding of project goals
* Product Execution Support: Assist in roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and sprint planning activities in support of the Senior Product Manager
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between engineering, business stakeholders, and system integrators to track progress, surface blockers, and ensure timely delivery
* Requirements Management: Help validate assumptions around data, templates, and licensing. Track scope and manage changes via established change control processes
* Documentation & Communication: Maintain up-to-date product documentation including user stories, process flows, meeting notes, and release summaries
* Meeting Facilitation: Lead standups, workshops, and feedback sessions that are structured, focused, and inclusive
* Quality & Innovation Advocacy: Promote best practices in UX, process automation, and contract lifecycle management innovation

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7-10 years of experience in product management or a related role
* Salesforce CRM experience
* DocuSign workflow and integration experience required
* Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
* Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint (Office 365 or equivalent)
* Agile methodology familiarity (Scrum or Kanban)
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to translate complex technical ideas into accessible language for business stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
