Job Description:
.Net Developer/Team Lead

Location: Chandler, Arizona (Onsite)
Employment Type: Permanent

Role Overview

We are hiring two senior .NET Engineers to support Point-of-Sale (POS) modernization and feature development initiatives. This role is primarily focused on backend business flow logic within a complex, distributed environment. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise and the ability to understand systems holistically. This position involves limited direct people management; the primary expectation is hands-on technical contribution through coding, debugging, and driving technical execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting POS modernization and new feature development.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex production issues using logs, databases, and service-level analysis.
  • Refine user stories by understanding business logic, system flows, and integration points.
  • Actively contribute code and participate in design and code review discussions.
  • Provide technical guidance and execution support to team members, including mentoring.
  • Influence how teams execute work and improve system quality without heavy process overhead.
  • Partner closely with QA, SRE, and DevOps teams.
  • Support the full application lifecycle, including build, deployment, and long-term maintenance.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience in hands-on, production-level engineering roles. Must have experience owning systems end-to-end across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and working in environments where developers are responsible for both building and maintaining applications.

Technical Skills:
  • .NET Core
  • Oracle PL/SQL, including scripting and database lifecycle management
  • Awareness of frontend technologies like JavaScript and Vue.js for integration purposes
  • Strong computer science fundamentals
  • Solid understanding of HTTP/HTTPS workflows, TLS handshakes, and token validation
  • General knowledge of networking and infrastructure concepts
  • Experience with unit and integration testing
  • Familiarity with web-to-mobile integrations, specifically with Android

What We Seek
  • Engineers who are currently coding and comfortable performing deep system analysis.
  • Candidates who have not shifted fully into people management or oversight roles.
  • Experience in smaller or product-focused teams that promote system ownership is preferred.
  • A stable, full-time career history demonstrating long-term involvement with applications.
Work Environment
  • The current team consists of 20-25 engineers, organized into four independent agile teams.
  • The role involves collaboration with both onshore and offshore team members.
  • Systems are predominantly web-based with integration into mobile platforms (Android).

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
