Summary

This person will gather requirements, map business processes, and write detailed user/system requirements. Must have Amazon Connect experience and familiarity with AWS services like Lex, EventBridge, and Nova Sonic - banking/financial services experience is preferred.

Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Technical Business Analyst experience
Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
Ability to write detailed user requirements and system requirements
Proficiency with process modeling tools and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Experience translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (required)
Working knowledge of AWS services such as:

Amazon Connect
Amazon Lex
Amazon EventBridge
Nova Sonic

Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, and Design
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
