Description
Typical task breakdown:
- The candidate will work with project teams daily on planning transformation projects along with other PMs/Scrum Masters to plan, execute and communicate project status.
- Provide operational project leadership support for current initiatives that require formal project structure and governance.
Interaction with team:
- Stretch across multiple teams (both IT and business) throughout the building.
Position's Contributions to Work Group:
- An extensive knowledge about (client) business and processes, and comprehensive understanding of the IT organization(s), procedures/processes associated delivering technical solutions that result in robust solutions capable of achieving the expected business outcomes.
- Should have strong program and project management, communication, change management, analytical and organizational leadership skills.
- Experience leading and facilitating multiple complex programs/projects that involved cross-functional teams comprised of IT staff and business unit personnel.
- Prior experience developing project charters, project plans, budgets, program/project status reports, IT Governance and Controls, and facilitating stakeholder and sponsor updates.

- Experience leading and facilitating multiple complex programs/projects that involve cross-functional teams comprised of IT staff and business unit personnel.
- Prior experience developing project charters, project plans, budgets, program/project status reports, IT Governance and Controls, and facilitating stakeholder and sponsor updates.
- Knowledge of Mainframe and distributed based applications is desirable.
- Knowledge of Dealer system integrations at (client) is desirable.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
