BI Data Analyst
Top Secret clearance required
Must be able to obtain CI Poly
Quantico, VA – 4 days/week onsite
Required Skills and Experience:
• Active Top Secret (FBI does not accept Interim clearances)
• Ability to operate largely independently, determine tasking a stakeholder engagement based on investigative analysis of business needs and data sources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to apply data science to create actionable stories from user data.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• 6+ years of professional experience in software development
• 2+ years of professional experience in Power BI, including dashboard design and data visualization.
• 2+ years of professional experience with SQL Server and TSQL.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients and executive leadership to discover, understand and define key business factors that help simplify complex leadership decisions
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to clients, adapting communication style to audience needs.
• Communicate ideas and vision for dashboards and analytics to both end-users and developer teams.
• Design, develop, and optimize user-friendly advanced Power BI dashboards to deliver
• Leverage SQL Server and TSQL to access, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Collaborate closely with development and database team.
