Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in software development and technical team leadership.
Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX platform architecture and IVA development.
Experience with Genesys Cloud flows, botflows, and customer experience automations.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and release management.
Experience with API development, management, and cross-system integrations.
Experience in network telephony, firewall configuration, and cloud-based CI/CD practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers in designing and optimizing Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
Oversee the configuration and maintenance of intelligent virtual agent botflows.
Establish and enforce technical best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines.
Facilitate structured peer code reviews to ensure system maintainability and quality.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define technical requirements and achievable sprint goals.
Implement cross-training plans and team redundancy to maintain operational resiliency.
Partner with architects to design scalable voice and digital interaction automation.
