Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a eLearning Project Manager.
Mandatory Qualifications
a. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in technical development work consultation.
b. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development, or business. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. (Copy of degree must be included with response)
c. Must have at least two (2) years of experience in or knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts.
d. Must have at least two (2) years of comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs.
e. Must have at least two (2) years of development of creative and engaging training materials for an adult audience, in a variety of formats and media, including storyboarding and user guides.
f. Must have at least three (3) years of experience in designing, building, and deploying instructor eLearning courses using Articulate 360 and FlexClip.
g. Must have at least two (2) years of experience with multimedia and web design technologies, including video conferencing for example MS Teams/webinar technologies.
h. Must have at least five (5) years of professional work experience in the training industry.
i. Must have at least four (4) years of experience in leading, overseeing custom content development project initiatives with large number of customers to support over 10,000 employees.
j. Must have at least two (2) years of experience in developing project plans and project deliverables for end-to-end content development projects.
k. Must have at least two (2) years of experience with tracking and providing quality assurance content for all content developed.
l. Must have at least two (2) years of experience with working with one (1) or more multiple Learning Management Systems listed below:
1. Blackboard
2. Cornerstone
3. Canvas
m. Must have at least three (3) years of experience working in or with Salesforce.
n. Must have at least three (3) years of experience working with Blackboard Ultra.
o. Must have at least two (2) years of experience with BugHerd.
