Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a eLearning Content Designer.
Mandatory Qualifications
a. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development, or business. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. (Copy of degree must be included)
b. Must have at least two (2) years of experience in or knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts.
c. Must have at least two (2) years of comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs including but not limited to designing with 508C accessibility compliance.
d. Must have at least two (2) years of development of creative and engaging training materials for an adult audience, in a variety of formats and media, eLearning content, including storyboarding and user guides.
e. Must have at least three (3) years of experience in designing, building, and deploying eLearning courses using real-time technology.
f. Must have at least two (2) years of experience creating 508C accessible content that viable to be read by screen readers. (i.e., JAWS / NVDA).
g. Must have at least two (2) years of experience with multimedia and web design technologies, including video conferencing for example MS Teams/webinar technologies.
h. Must have at least two (2) years of experience with lesson and curriculum planning.
i. Must have at least two (2) years of excellent written and oral communications skills.
