Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead functional, integration, and system testing activities for enterprise applications and software enhancements.
- Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test data to validate business and technical requirements.
- Execute manual and automated testing, identify defects, perform issue triage, and work with development teams to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the SDLC to ensure high-quality software delivery and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, functional and integration testing, test automation, and SDLC support.

|

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing enterprise applications developed using Java and Salesforce technologies.
- Knowledge of integrated eligibility or public sector systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with experience supporting Agile or Waterfall projects.
