Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced JD Edwards Delivery Manager with strong techno-functional expertise and product development experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of JDE initiatives, product enhancements, and continuous platform improvements, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The role requires strong knowledge of JDE modules such as Sales & Distribution, Inventory Management, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain, along with the ability to manage technical development, product backlog, and implementation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Act as a techno-functional leader, bridging the gap between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical development teams.
Drive product development and enhancement initiatives within the JDE ecosystem.
Define and prioritize product backlog, system enhancements, and new feature development.
Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of JDE solutions.
Provide expertise in JDE modules such as Sales & Distribution, Inventory, Procurement, and Finance.
Ensure alignment of system capabilities with business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
Manage cross-functional teams including developers, functional consultants, and analysts.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Support system upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives related to JD Edwards.
Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and delivery processes for JDE programs.
Provide leadership in troubleshooting complex functional and technical issues.
Required Skills & Experience
10 15+ years of experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Strong techno-functional knowledge of JDE modules including:
Sales & Distribution
Inventory Management
Procurement
Finance / Supply Chain
Experience managing ERP delivery, product enhancements, and implementation programs.
Good understanding of JDE technical tools (OMW, FDA, RDA, TDA, BSFN, BI Publisher, One View Reporting).
Experience with JDE Orchestrator, integrations, and system architecture.
Strong knowledge of business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Experience managing Agile or hybrid delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in global JD Edwards implementations or transformation programs.
Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and integration technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms, reporting tools, or analytics platforms.
Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne certification is an advantage.
