Summary

Requirement:

· Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) to support complex order fulfillment and supply chain workflows.

· Architect scalable integrations between Sterling OMS, enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, CRM), and external services using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and messaging frameworks.

· Provide technical leadership and code reviews for development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and coding standards.

· Configure and customize order orchestration, inventory visibility, sourcing rules, and fulfillment pipelines within Sterling OMS.

· Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical design and solution architecture.

· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures in OMS environments.

· Guide deployments and environment management across Dev, QA, and Production, including CI/CD practices and release planning.

· Mentor developers and contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and knowledge sharing across the team.
