The ADS Program Manager oversees the Applications, Databases, Messaging, and Identity Services portfolio within the GEOS private cloud transformation. This role manages a broad book of work spanning multiple engineering domains, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution across teams delivering new enterprise grade services. This is not a traditional project manager role - it requires a strategic, technically fluent program leader who can operate across complex platforms and guide teams through ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the GEOS ADS program, overseeing delivery across databases, messaging, identity, and application integration services
Manage cross functional workstreams, dependencies, and sequencing across engineering teams
Partner with product owners, architects, and engineering managers to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans
Provide program level visibility into risks, issues, decisions, and progress
Support teams in adopting Agile and Scaled Agile practices; ensure alignment to GEOS delivery frameworks
Coach engineering teams on accountability, ownership, and product centric delivery
Operate effectively in a gray, evolving environment, helping teams navigate shifting roles and responsibilities
Collaborate with resource managers while owning day to day delivery leadership
Communicate program status to GEOS leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
8+ years in program management or portfolio leadership
Strong understanding of enterprise application services, including databases, messaging, and identity
Ability to lead complex, multi team technical programs
Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile delivery
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate autonomously and drive clarity in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large enterprise or financial services
Familiarity with IAM, DBaaS, messaging platforms, or integration services

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $73.00 - $80.00/hr.
