Urgent Requirement: ERP / Workday Financials Consultant
Duration: 12-18 months, with the potential to align to the broader implementation and stabilization timeline.

Work arrangement:
Primarily remote. The consultant should be available for targeted onsite participation when the system integrator and Client project teams are together.
Onsite expectations: Current planning anticipates limited milestone travel, potentially including an implementation workshop and Customer Acceptance Testing / UAT; exact dates will be confirmed by Client.
Reporting / coordination: Client business application leadership, Financials functional stakeholders, the system integrator, and related project workstreams..
Equipment, tenant access, travel logistics, and onboarding requirements: To be confirmed with client.

Functional Scope: PeopleSoft Financials-to-Workday transition support; Financials functional analysis, testing, issue resolution, data validation/reconciliation, process alignment, reporting impacts, and cross-entity coordination
Required Skills:
Strong functional experience with enterprise Financials / ERP systems and the ability to operate independently in a complex implementation environment.
Hands-on Workday Financial Management experience supporting implementation, testing, production support, or major lifecycle activities.
Hands-on PeopleSoft Financials experience with the ability to understand legacy processes, terminology, data, and business rules.
Experience supporting functional testing, defect analysis, issue resolution, data validation, reconciliation, and implementation documentation.
Solid understanding of core accounting and Financials business processes, including general ledger, reconciliation, close, and financial reporting implications.
Ability to translate technical or ERP concepts into clear business language for functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated self-starter who can manage priorities with limited supervision while collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
