Summary

Workday Financials client-side advisory; FDM / chart of accounts, PeopleSoft-to-Workday translation, testing strategy, implementation risk, finance stakeholder guidance, cross-entity alignment, readiness, cutover, and go-live support

Senior-level Workday Financial Management functional experience with strong hands-on implementation depth and the judgment to operate as a client-side advisor.

Deep knowledge of Workday Financial Data Model (FDM) and chart-of-accounts design, including worktags/dimensions, organizations, account structures, hierarchies, and reporting impacts.
Experience across multiple Workday Financials implementation phases, including design, testing, issue resolution, readiness, cutover, and stabilization.
Strong financial and accounting process knowledge sufficient to evaluate the business consequences of Workday design decisions.
Experience working directly with senior finance leaders and functional users, translating technical Workday concepts into clear business language.
Ability to constructively challenge assumptions, explain tradeoffs, identify risk, and provide independent recommendations while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the system integrator.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and operate effectively across a complex, decentralized, multi-entity organization.
