Summary

Position Summary
The organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support complex digital transformation initiatives across mobile applications, online banking platforms, and related digital channels. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, driving execution from planning through implementation and closure while ensuring projects align with business objectives and deliver meaningful
customer outcomes.
This position operates in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong visibility and collaboration across
business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, mid- to large-scale digital initiatives from initiation through closure
  • Manage project planning, execution, implementation, performance analysis, and reporting
  • Drive project prioritization and coordinate day-to-day delivery activities
  • Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success metrics
  • Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to support iterative delivery and adaptability
  • Facilitate critical decision-making and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource needs
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise project management methodologies and best practices
  • Track budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure projects meet delivery commitments
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance the customer/member experience
  • Support organizational change efforts related to digital transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications
  • Senior-level experience leading complex enterprise projects as a Project Manager
  • Strong expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering digital banking or financial services transformation initiatives, including:
    • Mobile applications
    • Online banking platforms
    • Customer/member digital experiences
  • Proven ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
