Job Title:: Technical Support Specialist

Location:: Dimondale, Michigan

Interview:: Both Web Cam and In Person Interview

Duration:: Long Term

Required Qualifications

1 to 4 years of relevant IT support or service desk experience. Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Azure/Active Directory, basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), and endpoint security tools.

Strong communication, patience, customer service mindset, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities::

Provides a full range of on-site and remote end-user support for our client's network. Repair desktop PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and update operating systems and office applications.

Respond to help desk requests via phone, chat, or in person. Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing systems.

Set up new workstations and manage onboarding or offboarding tasks, including user account creation and permission setups.

Maintain inventory records for hardware, software licenses, and IT supplies. Escalate complex or network-wide issues to senior system or network administrators.
