To support the Enterprise Architecture Section in advancing strategic initiatives, innovation efforts, and process optimization across the department. This resource will serve as a subject matter expert with deep experience in enterprise strategy, enterprise architecture development and management, business process design and reengineering, investment decision support, and solution architecture. Their work will ensure alignment between business strategy, organizational processes, and information technology.
Evaluate and refine the enterprise architecture tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance transparency, traceability, collaboration, and overall decision‑making. They will also ensure that plans for CI/CD innovations align with broader orchestration strategies by reviewing existing CI/CD plans, supporting related projects, and helping advance these efforts in accordance with established road maps.
To review and enhance policies, best practices, and recommendations for responsible AI use within the customer. This includes assessing governance models, integration patterns, and frameworks; defining appropriate use cases; and translating compliance and ethical guidelines into practical delivery processes to ensure a strong technical foundation and organizational alignment for sustainable AI adoption.
Ensure adherence to the technology architecture standards, support strategic visioning, and promote alignment with established technical roadmaps and departmental best practices. Deliverables may include assessments, recommendations, architectural documentation, and participation in reviews, workshops, and planning sessions as required by customer.
Primary Tasks:
Provide subject matter expertise to refine, amend, and communicate enterprise-architecture related standards, tools, and configuration to support strategic efforts.
Support Enterprise Architects and identified domain architects to conduct architecture design sessions to ensure architectural recommendations and planning align with core business and information technology priorities and standards.
Evaluate current guidance and standards and recommend approaches to maximize implementation efficiencies in pursuit of AI-supporting opportunities.
Review existing plans and strategies related to continuous integration and continuous delivery; support existing projects aligned with those plans and help those efforts progress as part of established roadmaps. 
Support existing workloads related to Orchestration efforts and provide guidance and expertise; particularly in areas related to designing, implementing, and optimizing integration, routing, and event-driven processing functions within enterprise environments.
Support customer in developing and maintaining business-related modeling (such as business process modeling and capability modeling) and technical modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML), roadmaps, target architectures, as-is/to-be process flows for any projects or plans delivered.
Provide guidance and expertise related to architecture tooling and methodologies to help support existing processes.
Knowledge Transfer Tasks:
Develop and implement a knowledge transfer process throughout the contract duration to provide the staff with the necessary tools to maintain Enterprise Architectures.
Provide mentoring and coaching for any new concepts, frameworks and approaches derived during the project.
Provide relevant architecture-level artifacts, standards, and documents in support of projects and processes.
Ensure documentation and information generated during the contract are managed in existing EA repositories and approved locations.

Mandatory Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of applying Enterprise Architecture principles. At least five (5) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity.
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. 

Desired Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years of progressively complex experience and advanced-level experience architecting solutions using orchestration frameworks; showing proficiency in integrating orchestration with message and event-driven architectures and implementing workflow automation.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience collaborating with business stakeholders on process modeling activities; demonstrating adherence to BPMN standards, proficiency with modeling tools and leading process (re)engineering initiatives.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience and advanced-level skill solutioning and implementing AI technologies, with evidence of leading AI-architecture level initiatives in large scale, regulated environments.  
Hands on experience with EA tooling platforms, and demonstrated expertise to support road mapping, capability modeling, and compliance reporting for at least two projects in the last five (5) years.
