Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team. This position will be supporting the Scrum Teams. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Atlanta, GA or Cincinnati, OH required.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance and compliance processes for IT
* Develops and implements quality maturity roadmap and plan for each IT functional area
* Develops, publishes and implements software quality assurance plans
* Establishes internal IT service quality control standards, policies and procedures
* Audits IT teams to ensure compliance
* Establishes and implements quality assurance and compliance processes for IT
* Works closely with IT leaders to develop/implement and overall quality maturity roadmap and plan for each IT functional area
* Consults with development, testing, and production teams to develop, publish, and implement software quality assurance plans
* Reviews progress toward the software quality assurance plans regularly with IT leadership, technical teams, and internal customers to make modifications as necessary
* Establishes internal IT service quality control standards, policies, and procedures
* Monitors, evaluates, manages, and executes audit processes to ensure compliance
* Coordinates and facilitates quality assurance activities across projects with project managers
* Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to IT teams on quality assurance methodologies and processes, educates them on their responsibilities/accountabilities for the purpose of achieving on-time and quality deliverables
* Makes recommendations and directs improvements to the software development lifecycle process
* Documents non-compliance to policies, processes, and standards and assists in their resolution
* Analyzes and identifies trends in IT performance metrics

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related discipline is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience that is required for the specific job level
* 5+ years knowledge of Automation Testing frameworks for APIs & UI & strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, APIs (REST/SOAP), web technologies
* 3+ years of C# and .NET knowledge (Linq, Genics, .NET 6)
* 3+ years of T-SQL Queries and able to write complex queries
* 3+ years of experience in QA with a focus on accessibility testing
* Automation (approximately 80%) and API testing (approximately 20%), 2-3-week sprints experience
* Understanding of API testing and basic backend knowledge
* Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and WCAG 2.1/2.2 (Level A & AA) standards
* Postman knowledge for manual testing

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
